オーガニック ターメリックルートパウダー

The color is a deep orange that actually stains my fingers, which tells me it's fresh. I stir half a teaspoon into warm water with black pepper every evening and my knees don't ache after my runs like they used to. Being keto-friendly sealed it for me.

I’ve been adding a teaspoon to my morning smoothies for three weeks now, and my knees don’t ache after my runs like they used to. The fact that it’s certified organic and keto-friendly was the main reason I picked it, and the powder has a nice earthy smell that isn’t overpowering at all.

The powder is so fine it dissolves completely in my smoothie with no gritty bits left behind. My knees have felt noticeably less creaky since I started using it daily, and the fact that it’s both keto and paleo friendly fits my diet perfectly.
